Terms and Conditions of Trade

  • Engaging Wal Gordon Plumbing Limited is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Trade which are publicised at www.walgordonplumbing.co.nz our reception and office area.
  • Payment is due within 10 Days of invoicing date
  • Collection costs on overdue accounts will be the responsibility of the account holder.
  • Penalty Interest at a rate of 2.5%, monthly, may be charged on overdue accounts.
  • A 10% administration fee may be applied to all overdue invoices.
  • Discounts given at the time of invoicing may be reversed on overdue accounts.
  • Ownership of goods does not pass until the goods are fully paid for.
  • Personal Information collected is for the purposes relating to the management of goods and services provided and any credit given. Client name and details of debts outstanding greater than 45 days may be publicised on our website and in our showroom.
