Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying is our business - we are not a bank or lending institution. We take on jobs on a good will basis with the expectation that we will get paid for our services. Sometimes this doesn't happen and there are a number of reasons invoices enter the realm of being overdue.
For example an invoice may not have been received, it may have gone to spam, the account holder may have forgotten to pay the invoice or it may have been a mistake on our part. We have attempted to resolve the issues but have not always been sucessful in getting a resolution.
We hold a list of overdue invoices 60 days and greater. This is that list.
